I met a lot of women travelers at the Women Who Travel event. This event was free and could have easily costed $25 for the drinks in coconuts and appetizers.

Can you believe we are going to be halfway done with November this week? Time is moving so quickly! For this week’s free NYC event list expect manicure, Dunkin + BlogHer Breakfast, Breakup Bootcamp w/Amy Chan, holiday wreath making, podcast taping, yoga, Broadway live performance, cooking demonstration, and panels about starting a side hustle and entrepreneurship.

Friendsgiving Free Mani Morning With sundays studio – Co-hosted by Alyssa Brieloff & Melanie Torres (9am-11am)

What: Tickets are first come first serve for free manis with nail art. The max capacity for manis is 20 people so be sure to sign up asap. Never fear! If you did not get a spot for your mani, we’d still love to see you! Come shop sundays products, sip, snack, and hang with us! There will be a waitlist available for you to get a complimentary mani if time permits.

Money Matters: Improv & Empathy: Dementia Communication Essentials for Caregivers (3pm-4:30pm)

What: Join Staymon Braithwaite and Shaina Jacques for free, interactive communications workshop for families and friends caring for someone with memory loss. It combines the rules of improv comedy and principles of empathy to better understand what it’s like to be the person with dementia. This session will offer techniques and tools to overcome everyday communications challenges.

What:  Join us every Tuesday evening throughout the year for our Free Jackrabbit Runs paced by local legand, Brandon Wei! The runs are usually casual, easy going 3-4miles from our Union Square location and back. We have water (sometimes hydration samples!), lockers and changing rooms!
