What are you grateful for? November is National Gratitude Month, which means we should take a second to reflect on what we appreciate in our lives.

Can you believe it is already November? November is National Gratitude Month, which means it is time to reflect on things we appreciate in our lives. I know I appreciate family, friends, and of course free events.

For this month expect workouts, investing classes, pop ups, talking panels, sound mediation, comedy show, photo walk, walking tour, and freelancer/creator events.

Please see below for a list of selected free events that are occurring in November 2019 in NYC. Please note, this post will be updated periodically, so please be sure to pin/bookmark and to check in from time to time for more events and updates.

POP Pilates Halloween Party (6pm-7pm)

What:  Start Halloweekend off with a spooky POP Pilates class! POP Pilates is a dance on the mat, combining ab-chiseling Pilates, total body defining strength training, and the energy of dance to create a one-of-a-kind experience for people of all fitness levels and abilities. What: Comedy Evening is a completely free comedy show in the heart of the West Village featuring comedians who have appeared on Comedy Central, TruTV, Late Night with Stephen Colbert, and more! The show takes place in the downstairs/basement lounge of the venue. Please note that you must be 21+ to attend as the venue is a bar.
